Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our tutoring services. If you are not satisfied with your first paid lesson, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the lesson completion. This guarantee applies only to your first paid lesson with a new tutor. To be eligible, you must have attended the full lesson and provide feedback on the issues you encountered.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under specific circumstances as outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Subscription Refunds

For monthly or recurring subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid subscriptions may be considered on a prorated basis if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the subscription start date and no lessons have been completed. Once you have completed lessons during the subscription period, refunds are not available for the used portion.

Package Refunds

If you purchase a lesson package and have not used any lessons, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For packages where some lessons have been used, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis, subtracting the value of completed lessons at the single-lesson rate. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including completed individual lessons beyond the satisfaction guarantee period, consultation fees if the consultation was completed, digital materials or course content that has been downloaded or accessed, and any promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel lessons and subscriptions according to the following guidelines. Cancellations help us manage our tutors' schedules effectively and provide better service to all learners.

Lesson Cancellations

Lessons may be cancelled free of charge if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may result in the lesson being charged, depending on your subscription plan and the circumstances. No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full. Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to all services until that time. Cancellation prevents future automatic charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Lessons may be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson may be subject to availability and may incur fees depending on your subscription plan. Rescheduling must be completed within the same billing period for monthly subscriptions or within the package validity period for lesson packages.

Tutor Changes

If you are not satisfied with your assigned tutor, you may request a tutor change at any time at no additional cost. We will work to match you with a new tutor who better fits your learning style and needs. Tutor changes do not affect your subscription or package validity, and all remaining lessons will transfer to your new tutor assignment.

Service Interruptions

If we are unable to provide services due to technical issues on our end, tutor unavailability, or other service interruptions, we will work to reschedule affected lessons at no charge. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide credits or refunds for the affected lessons. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by issues with your internet connection, device, or software.

How to Request a Refund

Include your account information, order details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the criteria outlined in this policy and the specific circumstances of your request.

Processing Times
